All orders with in stock items are delivered to you in 3-4 working days. Office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. The lead time for custom orders are anything from 8 to 15 weeks from order confirmation and payment.

Adev & Noys is committed to provide 100% authentic products to its customers. At times, due to light conditions, the fabric or product colors may look different from the actual ones. Also since some of the products are handmade there could be a slight variation in size and color from time to time. However be rest assured each product is unique and bespoke in its own way.

We are open to customer's requirement for all kinds of products. Please share an image of your requirement with us on WhatsApp and our team will be glad to design or procure the same for you.

We would like, you to send a surprise to your loved ones via Adev& Noys. But shipping happens through third parties and it gets out of our control to track the shipment. Also every AWB has custom value mentioned, hence the amount will be visible. But yes you can avoid COD by making the payment via bank transfer a day in advance.

It generally takes 8-15 weeks from the date of the order placed.

The delivery of the order of readily available products will be done immediately. And for the preorder products there will be another delivery we will get it done once products will arrive in town.

We do not have a Physical store. All products are shipped directly from the warehouse in Dubai investments park.
